Do I dazzle you?

I just watched the promotional video for Tales of the World: Dice Adventure. The animation is by A-1 Pictures Inc. and I have to say I really like this animation style. Not only does Yuri look and move absolutely fantastically, but hoho man he is hot. BUT YOU GUYS I KNEW I THOUGHT THAT ALREADY.

Anyway yeah, 94 icons from that PV alone, all of them of Yuri. This- this is probably not healthy.

Hi! Dreamwidth has implemented their shiny, fabulous, and new Community Import feature! I went ahead and imported my old artblog over on LJ yuuhua into this one and even cleaned up all the entries! This makes my artblog almost practically brand new! Old! ...Something! How exciting! Basically, I mean to say that I've been waiting for this to post that: I have graduated!


Of course, most of you who watch my main journal probably already know this. But yes, I have graduated after several grueling years from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena. I have now have a shiny BFA in Illustration (almost, I'm still waiting for its physical presence in the mail), and I am now an unemployed professional! Yeah! Anyway, that up there was my Grad Wall. ♥ There were a thousand and one crisis before and while putting it up but somehow it managed to go up and dazzle the Men's bathrooms fabulously. Despite all the problems, things somehow worked out! Problems are okay, it makes me appreciate the working-out-ness of things all the more.

In any case, it was unbelievably awesome to graduate with so many amazing people and I will continue to endeavor to somehow match the incredibleness of my peers.

Anyway, in the spirit of things, I have some art to post! Though first, my professional portfolio is now up online! You can see it here: YUWINNER@BLOGSPOT. I will be updating it as I make new pieces and fix up old ones so that is quite exciting.

Anyway, that's about it for now! I still have several things I want to draw in the next few days. I promised something to Chesiere that I am overdue on, and I also want to do several birthday drawings that will...most likely end up late. And I also volunteered to be a pinch-hitter Santa for Secret-Santa-2011 so there might be that if they pick me! ...Basically I mean I might post more soon. I hope you guys don't mind!

Been working on lots and lots of school work and the like recently and I have a hell of a lot more to do in order to catch up. Ahhhh it's so easy to fall behind.

In any case, during some downtime I sketched this and finished it the other day. It's for my OC Rheas in the Voleros Saga RP group. Not that I do any RPing LOLOL. I updated a number of things including his app and his history so I've put that here as well. Hope you don't mind so much!

I have a super ambitious list of things that I want to draw but I don't really ever get around to them. One of these super ambitious pieces is a hugeass group image of a bunch of different favorite characters of mine all interacting in some way but man am I lazy. Besides which, when I have time to draw Stuff Not Related To School And Graduating, I need to finish a bunch of commissions. I'm considering opening up commission slots (I mean, I took all that time to write up the commission information) since I want to start saving up some emergency money for after I graduate...

Anyway! Since Voleros Saga is opening up for new members soon, I thought I'd finish up my application and join. So yeah, no fanart today just an OC design haha...

Here's a bunch of school art and some fanart. It's mostly scattered across the term so...February-April semi-dump. Didn't post some of it because they're not done...and I posted some anyway even if they're not done IDEK. Some stuff was pretty terrible and I'll be redoing it this summer, so I didn't bother putting those in.

Heyo guys~ remember that iPhone/iPod/iPad game that my family developed? There's a super awesome updated version now and also a light version! The light version is free, so if you have an iSomething, I hope you'll check it out and download it. And if possible, I'd love it if you could read a positive review for us. <3

Hey guys~ do people know about the Battle Frontier Ohana Islands tournament going on at DA right now? It's another one of those OC Pokemon Trainer tournaments where you do a lot of drawing instead of online pokemon battling. It's pretty cool, and for some reason I decided to join this one like, at the very last minute. Unfortunately, BECAUSE it was last minute I couldn't do as much with my app as I would have liked to otherwise, and so it looks a bit haphazard. :/ And I can't change it since the deadline is passed, argh. So uh, here, two trainers.
